  6. 3 small boxes Jello -- assorted colors

  7. 1 small box Lemon Jello

  8. 2 pkgs Lady Fingers

  9. 1 cup Pineapple Juice

  10. 1 pint Heavy cream

  11. 1/4 cup sugar

  12. 3 pkgs. of Jello by mixing each flavor with

  13. 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cu

  14. p cold water. Pour each flavor into an 8 square cake pan and refrigerate unti

  15. l firm.

  16. Line a spring form pan with lady fingers.

  17. In a sauce pan, mix the pineapple juice, sugar and lemon jello. Stir to boilin

  18. g point and then let mixture set in the refrigerator until like a syrup. Beat the heavy cream until firm. Fold in the lemon mixture. Cut the jello (that is

  19. 8 pans

  20. 1/2 squares. Fold the jello cubes into the whip cream mixture.

  21. Pour this into the spring form pan and refrigerate for 6 hrs.
