  1. 12 Chicken wings - tips removed

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Chili sauce

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Orange marmalade

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Red wine

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Yellow mustard

  1. Cut each wing in half; place in large resealable bag. Add marinade ingredients; seal bag. Turn bag to coat wings. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.

  2. Heat oven to 375F.

  3. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Place chicken on broiler pan.

  4. Bake 45-60 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
