  1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to

  2. 1/4 inch thick

  3. 1/4 cup Wondra flour

  4. 1/2 tsp. salt

  5. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  6. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

  7. 4 tbsp. olive oil

  8. 4 tbsp. butter or margarine

  9. 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

  10. 1/2 cup marsala wine

  1. Stir together flour, salt, pepper and oregano in a pie plate. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and butter. Dredge chicken breasts in flour mixture and add to skillet. Cook 2 minutes on 1 side until lightly browned. Turn chicken over and spoon mushrooms around the chicken. Cook 2 minutes until lightly browned. Stir the mushrooms and add marsala. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
