  2. INSTANT KIMCHI (KOREAN GUT CHURI KIMCHI)

  7. 1 Chinese cabbage

  8. 2 Cloves Garlic

  9. 1 t Hot pepper

  10. 1 t Soy sauce

  11. 1 t Vinegar

  12. 1 tb Salt

  13. 1 tb Sugar

  14. 1. Chop the cabbage into pieces about 1 1/2 inches

  15. long by 1 1/2 inches wide. Three cups of chopped

  16. cabbage are needed.

  17. 2. Crush the garlic and blend with the hot pepper,

  18. soy sauce and vinegar. Add the cabbage and mix well.

  19. Add the salt and sugar, mix and cover until ready to
