  1. 1 quart vanilla frozen yogurt or light vanilla ice cream, softened

  2. 1/2 teaspoon rum extract

  3. 1 medium ripe banana, sliced

  4. 1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Pie Crust

  5. 1/3 cup salted Spanish peanuts

  6. chocolate ice cream topping

  1. In large bowl stir together frozen yogurt and rum extract. Fold in banana slcies. Spoon into crust. Sprinkle outside edge of pie with peanuts. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours.

  2. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting. Drizzle with ice cream topping, if desired.
