  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sage leaves - chopped fresh

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Shallot - chopped

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Low-fat sour cream

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lime juice

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dijon mustard

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  8. 6 Skinless boneless chicken breast halves

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken breast halves in large glass or plastic dish. Add chicken; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

  2. Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in pan. Broil chicken with tops 5 to 7 inches from heat 5 minutes; turn. Broil about 5 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
