  1. 2 ripe avocadoes

  2. 2 large bananas

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. 1 cup sugar

  5. 4 tablespoons lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  7. 1 quart plain yogurt grated nutmeg for garnish

  1. Preparation : Puree avocados and bananas. Add the milk, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Mix in yogurt and chill at least 3 hours prior to serving. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
