  1. 3/4 cup all purpose flour

  2. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  3. 1/4 tsp. salt

  4. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  5. 3 large eggs, beaten to blend

  6. 3 tbsp. water

  7. 1 tbsp. corn oil

  8. 1 1/4 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs

  9. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  10. 1133 g chickens, cut into 6 pieces each corn oil for frying

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking pan with foil. Combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk together eegs, water and 1 tbsp. oil in a separate bowl. Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan in a third bowl. Pat chicken dry and dredge in flour. Dip in egg mixture then roll in breadcrumbs to coat. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to prepared pan and bake about 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
