  1. 2/3 cup 131g / 4.6oz Sugar

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cornstarch

  3. 1 Frozen rhubarb

  4. 2 1/4 cups 533ml Frozen strawberries

  5. 3 Bread - cut into cubes

  6. 1 1/2" cubes

  7. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Graham cracker crumbs

  8. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Packed light brown sugar

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground cinnamon

  10. 3 tablespoons 45ml Butter - melted

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.

  3. Add rhubarb. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.

  4. Remove from heat. Stir in strawberries.

  5. Combine bread, cracker crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.

  6. Stir in butter.

  7. Spoon half of fruit mixture into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover with half of bread mixture.

  8. Repeat the layering.

  9. Cover.

  10. Bake 20 minutes. Uncover, Bake 10 minutes more.
