  1. 2 ts Granulated sugar

  2. 3 ts Butter -- melted

  3. Filling: 1 1/2 lb Cream cheese

  4. 1 c Granulated sugar

  5. 1/2 c Whipping cream

  6. 3 ts Flour

  7. 2 ts Rum

  8. 1/2 ts Nutmeg

  9. Chocolate cutouts Candies

  10. 9-inch springform pan. Bake in

  11. 325 F oven for 10 mins.

  12. 425F oven for 10 mins. Bake in

  13. 250F oven for 45 mins. or until centre is barely firm to the touch. Loosen cake from rim; let cool before removing sides. Garnish with chocolate cutouts & candies. Source: R-Cuisine Eric Decker
