  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Almond paste

  2. 4 Flour tortillas - (8" dia)

  3. 1 cup 237ml Mini-marshmallows

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk chocolate chips

  5. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Coconut flakest

  6. Whipped cream - for topping

  7. Vanilla ice cream - for serving

  1. Preheat a grill to low.

  2. Spread almond paste evenly on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 of the marshmallows and 1/4 of the chocolate chips and 1/4 of the coconut on half of each tortilla. Roll the tortilla up and wrap in heavy-duty foil; seal tightly.

  3. Grill over low heat until heated through, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove foil and place on a plate. Garnish with fresh sweetened whipped cream or prepared whipped topping. Serve vanilla ice cream on the side.

  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
