  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Sake or dry white wine

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Mirin

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh ginger - chopped

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon - thinly sliced (small)

  7. 4 Salmon fillets - (5-oz)

  1. Recipe Instructions Recipe by: COOKING RIGHT To make the marinade: In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, and ginger. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and allow the marinade to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, pour the marinade over the fish and scatter the lemon slices over the fish. Marinate refrigerated for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning the fish occasionally. Grill the salmon on both sides until just done, approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side.
