  1. 1 tablespoon olive

  2. 8 thin slices beef fillet

  3. 800 20 g 3 cloves garlic,

  4. 3 green onions, thinly

  5. 1 tablespoon 2 tablespoons Worcestershire

  6. 300 mL

  1. Heat oil in frying pan and cook beef. Cover to keep warm.

  2. Melt butter and cook garlic and onion, stirring for 1 minute. Add brandy and sauce. Bring to the boil.

  3. Stir in cream, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for a few minutes or until sauce thickens.

  4. Serve beef on plates and top with sauce.
