  1. 3 large tomatoes -- chopped

  2. 3 firm ripe avocados -- chopped

  3. 4 green onions -- thinly sliced

  4. 1 can (4 1/2-oz) chopped green chiles -- undrained

  5. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1 teaspoon garlic salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Preparation : Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine oil and remaining 4 ingredients; drizzle over tomato mixture, and toss gently. Cover and chill up to 4 hours before serving. Serve dip with tortilla or corn chips. Makes 5 cups.
