  1. 1 1/2 pounds sole fillet -- turbot, flounder

  2. 1/4 cup lime juice -- fresh

  3. 1 teaspoon dillweed

  4. 1 clove garlic -- minced

  5. salt and pepper

  6. 350F. Squeeze lime juice over fillets and marinate for at least

  7. 30 minutes in refrige rator. Grease a shallow baking pan with margarine. Place fillets in baking pan and sprinkle with dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
