  2. Golden Lemon Cheese Pie

  6. 1 (9") graham cracker baked

  7. Pie shell

  8. 1 Pk (8-oz) cream cheese, softend

  9. 1 Cn (14-oz) Eagle brand sweeten-

  10. Ed milk (not evaporated

  11. Milk)

  12. 1/3 C Real lemon juice

  13. 1 T Vanilla extract

  14. 1/3 C Sugar

  15. 2 1/2 Ts Cornstarch

  16. 1/2 C Water

  17. 1/4 C Real lemon juice

  18. 1 Egg yolk

  19. 1 Tb Margarine or butter

  20. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle brand until smooth. Stir in lemon juice & vanilla. Pour into prepared crust.

  21. Top with golden lemon topping.

  23. In saucepan, combine sugar & cornstarch. Add water, real lemon juice, &

  24. egg yolk; mix well. Over md heat, cook & stir until thickened. Remove

  25. from heat. Stir in margarine or butter until melted.
