  1. 1/2 cup sugar

  2. 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

  3. 3/4 cup light cream

  4. 1 1/4 cups low-fat buttermilk

  5. 2/3 cup strawberry spreadable fruit, melted, divided

  6. 1 Keebler Ready Crust Shortbread Pie Crust

  7. 1 cup strawberries, sliced

  1. in small saucepan stir together sugar and gelatin. Stir in light cream. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in buttermilk. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).

  2. Spoon 1/3 cup of the spreadable fruit in crust. Pour buttermilk mixture over top. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until set.

  3. Top with strawberries. Drizzle remaining spreadable fruit over berries. Store in refrigerator.
