  1. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Bread crumbs

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Garlic powder

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Grated Romano

  4. 1/2 cup 20g / 0.7oz Chopped fresh parsley leaves

  5. 4 Bass fillets - (8 oz ea)

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Fresh lemon juice

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, cheese, and parsley in a medium non-reactive bowl. Rub each fillet with lemon juice, and then dredge each fillet in the crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place fillets on a baking pan lined with waxed or parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish fillets are cooked through.
