  7. 3/4 cup water

  8. 1/2 cup sugar

  9. 2 cups espresso or strong coffee

  10. whipped cream

  11. lemon rind

  12. In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil over

  13. 5 to 6 minutes, or until slightly

  14. thickened. Remove pan from heat; cool. Add coffee to sugar

  15. mixture and pour into shallow dish. Frezze about 4 hours,

  16. stirring mixture every 40 minutes, until almost firm. Serve
