  1. 2 cups Peaches

  2. Fresh or frozen sliced Peeled

  3. 4 teaspoons Sugar

  4. 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

  5. 3 eaches Eggs

  6. cup All-purpose flour

  7. cup Milk

  8. teaspoon Salt

  9. 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine

  10. Ground nutmeg

  11. Sour cream, optional

  1. In a bowl, combine peaches with sugar and lemon juice; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Add flour, milk and salt; beat until smooth. Place butter in a 10-in, skillet; bake at 400 deg. for 3-5 minutes or until melted. immediately pour butter into hot skillet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pancake has risen and is puffed all over. Fill with peach slices and sprinkle with nutmeg.
