  1. 1 cup Simply Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix

  2. 1 egg

  3. 1/2 cup water

  1. Lightly grease skillet or griddle. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat, or preheat griddle to 375 degrees.

  2. Combine 1 cup Pancake & Waffle Mix with egg and water. Stir batter with a whisk or fork, just until moist. Pour batter onto the hot skillet or griddle using 1/4 cup measuring cup. Flip pancakes (only once) when theyre puffed, bubbled and slightly dry around the edges. Make tiny holes in flipped side with fork to flatten. Cook the second side until it is golden brown.

  3. Save leftovers in sealed container in refrigerator.
