  1. 4 cups 948ml Catsup

  2. 2 cups 474ml Water

  3. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Brown sugar

  4. 6 tablespoons 90ml Onion powder

  5. 1 cup 237ml Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 cup 237ml Vinegar - cider

  7. 4 teaspoons 20ml Seasoned salt

  8. 3 teaspoons 15ml Chili powder 'hot'

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic powder

  10. 2 teaspoons 10ml Black pepper - ground

  11. 2 teaspoons 10ml Red pepper sauce

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground red peppers

  1. Mix all ingredients except brown sugar.

  2. Simmer until desired thickness (about 30 minutes).

  3. Add sugar, stir until smooth mixture.
