Healthy Choice Ground Beef ½ cup uncooked rolled oats 2 egg whites or 1 egg,lightly beaten ½ cup ketchup 2 Tbls. finely chopped onion ⅛ tsp. salt ⅛ tsp. ground black pepper From:Low Fat,Low Calorie,Low Cholesterol,Light Cooking (1994) Makes 5 servings Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in large bowl just until combined. Press gently into lightly greased 9x5x3" loaf pan.Bake 45-50 minutes until firm and heated through.Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. calories--169 cholesterol--44 mg. fat--4 gr. sodium--559 mg.
