  1. 2 Ripe avocados

  2. Juice of 1 lemon

  3. 1 pounds Fresh or frozen crabmeat

  4. 2 tablespoons Chili sauce

  5. 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

  6. 2 tablespoons Sour cream

  7. 2 tablespoons Chopped scallion

  8. 1 tablespoon Capers

  9. teaspoon Salt

  10. Black pepper

  11. Tortilla chips

  1. Mash avocado with lemon. Add crabmeat and mix gently. In a separate bowl, combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in avocado-crab mixture.

  2. Chill before serving with tortilla chips.
