  1. 2 (12-ounce) packages frozen spinach souffle, defrosted according to package directions - divided use

  2. 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

  3. 3 tablespoons dry sherry or milk

  4. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese - divided use

  5. 1 1/2 cups diced, cooked turkey - divided use

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°C). Combine soup, sherry and 1 tablespoon cheese in small bowl. Spoon ½ package spinach soufflé into 9x5-inch baking pan. Top with 1/3 turkey and 1/3 soup mixture; repeat two more times, ending with remaining spinach soufflé on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
