  2. 8 medium Russet potatoes

  3. 1/4 cup Non fat milk

  4. 1/2 cup Non fat sour cream

  5. 1/8 cup Parsley

  6. 1 teaspoon Onion powder

  7. 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

  8. Salt and pepper -- to taste
