  2. 1 tablespoon(s) Pesto , use either fresh or store bought

  3. 1 slice(s) Mozzerella cheese , Provolone works well too

  4. 1 dash(es) Sweet Pepper flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 400F Brush mushroom with extra virgin olive oil, stuff mushroom evenly with pesto, cover with slice of cheese, sprinkle with pepper flakes.

  2. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 10-15 mins.
