  1. 2 litres vanilla icecream

  2. 8 oz dark chocolate

  3. 4 oz cherries

  4. 8 oz sultanas

  5. 1 tbsp brandy

  6. 4 oz almonds

  7. 2 tsp mixed spice

  1. Soften icecream. Melt the chocolate over hot water. Toast the almonds in butter. Fold fruit, spice and almonds into the chocolate. Fold chocolate mixture into the icecream. Freeze.
