  1. Japanese Grilled Steak 1/4 c uncooked rice

  2. 6 oz sirloin steak, boneless

  3. 1 T peanut oil

  4. 2 lg mushrooms, sliced

  5. salt

  6. pepper

  7. Cook rice according to package directions. Set aside. Heat griddle

  8. to 350 drgrees and pour on oil to coat surface. Sear steak on both

  9. sides. Cut steak into strips. Return to griddle along with mushroom

  10. slices. Turn meat pieces until done to preference. Season with salt

  11. and pepper to taste.
