Pickled Beets Recipe

Wash and sterilize jars, seals and lids.

scrub beets and boil until tender,drain then cool enough to handle, then peel.

slice or dice beets and fill jars to 1 in below rim.

Bring to a boil: sugar, water and vinegar Pour over beets.

make sure rim is free of anything and put on seal and rim.

As the jars cool , the seal will take. You will hear a pop recipe can be halfed or quartered. I usually do 1/2
