  1. 2 cups water

  2. 1/2 cup white sugar

  3. 2 (1 inch) pieces crystallized ginger

  4. 4 cinnamon sticks

  5. 3 cups orange juice

  6. 1 cup pineapple juice

  7. 1/2 cup lemon juice

  8. 1 liter lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

  1. In a sauce pan, combine water, sugar, crystallized ginger and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

  2. Pour syrup into a pitcher. Add orange, pineapple and lemon juice. Chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve, pour into a punch bowl and slowly add the lemon-lime soda.
