  1. 8 oz Soaked chick peas

  2. 2 ea Lemons, juiced

  3. 2 ea Crushed garlic cloves

  4. 5 tb Olive oil

  5. 2 tb Tahini

  6. Salt & pepper

  7. Water

  8. Paprika & parsley

  1. + Drain chick peas, cover with water in a pot & cook for 60 minutes.

  2. Drain & cool.

  3. Place in a processor with lemon juice, garlic, oil, tahini & salt & pepper.

  4. Blend till smooth adding more water if needed.

  5. You should have a thick paste.

  6. Check seasonings.

  7. Garnish with paprika & parsley.

  8. Serve with pita bread.
