  1. 32 ounces halibut fillets

  2. 1/4 cup olive oil

  3. 1/2 teaspoon fresh cilantro , chopped

  4. 1 teaspoon chili powder

  5. 1 teaspoon cumin

  6. 2 teaspoons seasoning salt (i.e. Lawry's, Nature's, I like Johnny's seasoning)

  7. 1 teaspoon fresh garlic , chopped

  8. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  9. 1/4 cup picante sauce

  10. 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro , chopped

  11. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients.

  2. Marinate halibut filets for three hours.

  3. Combine all sauce ingredients and set aside.

  4. Grill halibut filets on medium-high heat 5 minutes per side, or to your liking.

  5. Serve immediately with sauce on the side.
