  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oil

  2. 1 Chopped garlic clove

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Cooked crabmeat

  4. 2 Beaten eggs

  5. 3 cups 480g / 16oz Cooked rice

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Maggi seasoning

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fish sauce - (nam pla)

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  9. 1 Chopped green onion/scallion

  10. Sauce

  11. 1/4 cup 59ml Fish sauce - (nam pla)

  12. 5 Finely chopped green Thai peppers - (prik kee noo)

  13. Garnish

  14. 1 Sliced tomato

  15. 1/2 cup 118ml Sliced cucumber

  16. Cilantro/coriander leaves

  17. 4 Lemons - cut in wedges

  1. A delicious accompaniment for any dish. Vary the number of chili peppers in the sauce according to personal taste.

  2. Heat a large skillet and add the oil. Stir-fry the garlic, crab and eggs together until the egg is cooked. Add the rice, Maggi seasoning, fish sauce and sugar. Continue to stir-fry until the mixture is hot. Add the green onion.

  3. Mix together the sauce ingredients. Remove the rice to a serving dish, decorate with the garnish, and serve with the sauce on the side.

  4. NOTE: Maggi seasoning is a sauce which is used in many Asian and Southeast Asian dishes, Maggi seasoning is found in Asian food stores.
