  1. 1-1/4 cups brown sugar

  2. 1 cup butter, softened

  3. 2/3 cup peanut butter

  4. 2 tsp. vanilla

  5. 1 egg

  6. 2 cups flour

  7. 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  8. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  9. 1 cup milk chocolate chips

  10. 1 cup peanut butter

  11. 3 cups crisp rice flake cereal (Special K)

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine brown sugar, butter, and 2/3 cup peanut butter in large bowl and beat until combined. Add vanilla and egg and mix well. Stir in flour and baking soda until dough forms. Press into ungreased 15x10" jelly roll pan. Bake for 13-18 minutes or until just set. Cool while preparing topping.

  2. Combine chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and 1 cup peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes, then remove and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in cereal. Spread this mixture over bars. Cool completely before serving.
