  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vegetable oil

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Instant onion - minced

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Sugar

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper Salad

  7. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Chicken - cooked, diced

  8. 5 oz 142g Spinach - torn

  9. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Broccoli flowerets - cut 1/4 inch pieces 1 Sliced water chestnuts - drained

  10. 4 Bacon - crisply cooked, Crumbled Parmesan cheese - grated

  1. Recipe Instructions Prepare Piquant Dressing; pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Toss chicken, spinach, broccoli and water chestnuts. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve with cheese. Piquant Dressing: Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container.
