  3. 1 cup ground pecans

  4. 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend cream cheese, carrots, pecans, onion, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
