  2. 1 tablespoon Peppercorns

  3. 1 teaspoon Celery seeds

  4. 1 teaspoon Salt

  5. 1 tablespoon Hot pepper flakes

  6. 1 Onion finely chopped

  7. 1 cup Water

  1. Preparation: Combine in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for an hour. Strain to remove the peppercorns if you like.
