  1. 1 1/2 lb lamb shoulder (cut for stew)

  2. 1 jar (15 oz) Rogan Josh Curry Cooking Sauce

  3. 2 bags (12 oz each) beans and carrots (or any Steam-in-Bag fresh vegetable medley)

  1. Put lamb and cooking sauce in a 3- to 4-qt slow cooker; toss to coat the lamb.

  2. Cover and cook on high 3 to 5 hours or on low 6 to 9 hours until lamb is very tender.

  3. Just before serving, cook vegetables in microwave as package directs. Stir into slow cooker. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve over rice, if desired.

  4. Variations:

  5. Stir in a drained can of chickpeas at the end of cooking time.

  6. Try with chunks of boneless chicken thighs instead of lamb.

  7. Use Tikka Masala, Jalfrezi or Korma cooking sauce instead of Rogan Josh Curry.
