  7. 2 tablespoons butter

  8. 2 tablespoons flour

  9. 1 cup milk

  10. 3 ounces cream cheese -- softened

  11. 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

  12. 2 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped broccoli

  13. 1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs

  14. Melt butter. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Add milk and continue

  15. cooking, stirring, until thickened. Add cheeses and cook until cheese melts

  16. and mixture is smooth.

  17. Cook and drain broccoli according to package instructions. Stir cheese

  18. mixture into broccoli. Turn into a buttered 1/2-quart casserole dish.
