  1. 3 cups bread crumbs

  2. 1 1/2 cups milk

  3. 3 pounds ground chuck

  4. 3 eggs -- beaten

  5. 1 large onion -- chop fine

  6. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  7. 1/2 teaspoon allspice

  8. 3 beef bouillon cubes or 2 ts salt

  9. 2 cans beef broth

  10. 1 1/4 teaspoons dill weed

  11. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Preparation : Soak bread crumbs in milk. Combine crumb mixture with meat, eggs, add next four ingredients. Shape into balls. Place on baking pan and brown in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Place meat balls in removable liner and add broth, dill weed and pepper. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on low 4 hours.
