  1. 11 oz Black bean soup/dip

  2. 30 Shrimp, medium (1 lb)

  3. 1 Garlic clove, minced

  4. 1 tb Jalapeno, chopped

  5. 2 tb Oil

  6. 60 Crackers

  7. 1/8ts Lime peel, grated

  8. 1 ts Mustard, dijon

  9. 1 tb Lime juice

  10. 60 Cilantro leaves

  1. + Combine first 7 ingredients until smooth.

  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

  3. Cut cooked shrimp in half lengthwise and remove vein.

  4. Spread 1 teaspoon soup mixture on each cracker.

  5. Top with shrimp and garnish with cilantro.
