    1. 3/4 c. sugar

    2. 1 c. butter

    3. 1 oz. (1 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

    4. 1 tsp. vanilla extract

    5. 2 eggs

    6. 1 graham cracker pie crust (9 inch is best)

    7. 1 chocolate bar (for garnish)

    1. Cream butter, adding sugar gradually. Cream well. Blend chocolate and vanilla into sugar mixture. Add one egg at a time, beating at high speed for 5 minutes after each egg is added. Fold into graham cracker crust. Chill and serve with whipped topping and chocolate shavings.
