  1. 1 c Chocolate Wafer Crumbs

  2. 3 T Margarine, Melted

  3. 24 oz Cream Cheese, Softened

  4. 3/4c Sugar

  5. 1/4c Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

  6. 3 ea Large Eggs

  7. 1/2c Sour Cream

  8. 1 t Vanilla

  9. 1 c Mini Semi-sweet Chips

  1. + Combine crumbs and magarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees F.

  3. , 10 minutes.

  4. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

  5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  6. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.

  7. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into crust.

  8. Bake at 350 degrees F.

  9. , 55 minutes.

  10. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

  11. Chill.

  12. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh mint leaves, if desired.
