  1. Meatballs:

  2. 2 Eggs , beaten

  3. cup Milk or Half & Half

  4. 1 cup Soft Breadcrumbs

  5. 1 tsp Prepared Mustard

  6. 1/2 cup Onion , chopped

  7. 1 tsp Salt

  8. 2 lbs Ground Beef

  9. Sauce:

  10. 8 oz cans Crushed Pineapple

  11. 4 Tbsp Cornstarch

  12. 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  13. 2 cups Beef Broth

  14. 1/2 cup Vinegar

  15. 1/2 cup Honey

  16. 2 tsp Brown Sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for meatballs until well mixed.

  3. Shape into approximately 100 one inch meatballs.

  4. Place meatballs on jellyroll pans or shallow roasting pans.

  5. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until browned. Repeat with remaining meatballs. Transfer meatballs to a slow cooker and set on low for 4 hours.

  6. Sauce:

  7. Meanwhile, prepare sauce by draining pineapple and reserving juice in a medium saucepan and set aside.

  8. Stir cornstarch into reserved pineapple juice and continue to stir over medium heat until cornstarch is dissolved.

  9. Add remaining sauce ingredients and continue to stir until sauce becomes thick, about 5 minutes.

  10. Add sauce and reserved pineapple to slow cooker and cover.
