  2. Marinade

  3. 8 cloves garlic, crushed

  4. 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced

  5. 1 teaspoon white pepper

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar

  8. In a large bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and mix well. Add shrimp and marinate for about 10 minutes.

  9. Other ingredients

  10. 1 pound shrimp, peeled and de-veined

  11. 3 tablespoons oil

  12. 1 tomato, cut into slices or wedges

  13. 1 cucumber, sliced

  14. Heat a large saut? pan or wok and add oil. Remove shrimp from marinade and saut? for about four to six minutes, or until done.
