  4. 1 Chopped tomatoes with garlic, basil And oregano - (14 1/2 oz) - with liquid

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried crushed herbes de Provence - seeNote

  6. 4 cups 584g / 20oz Coarsely-chopped fresh spinach Shredded Parmesan cheese - for garnish

  1. Recipe Instructions * Note: To substitute for herbes de Provence, combine 1/4 teaspoon each dried thyme and rosemary. In a large saucepan, brown meat over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink; drain well. Stir in beans, broth, tomatoes and herbes de Provence. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Stir in spinach. Continue simmering 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. This recipe yields 4 servings.
