  6. tbsp 3 Chopped Raisins-(prevents them from bursting)

  8. cup 1/2 Maida(All purpose) flour

  9. cup 1/4 Rice Flour

  10. cup 1/2 Sugar

  1. Peel and mash bananas in a large bowl.Add raisins,cashews, rice flour, maida, sugar, and cardamom seed powder-The consistency should not be too thick not thin-The batter should drop from the spoon easily and not spread too much on the pan. Heat a griddle or tava to medium heat-(The griddle should not be too hot or this will cause the dosa to become brown and burnt without properly cooking inside)-Drop small spoonfuls on the batter onto the griddle until you get appx 6 dosais-depending on size of the griddle. Put few drops of melted ghee on each dosai and turn when you see the bottom turning golden brown-Cook until other side is golden brown as well. This dosai can be served with spicy chutneys
