  1. 1 Ripe cantaloupe sliced or cubed and peeled

  2. 3 oz. Thin sliced prosciutto

  1. For a sit down first course, put 2-3 thin slices of peeled melon on each plate and drape 2-3 slices of prosciutto over them.

  2. For finger food, cut melon in cubes and wrap prosciutto around them, holding in place with a toothpick.
