  1. 6- 8 oz Fresh , uncooked beef brisket

  2. 2 1/2 cups Sliced Korean Radish

  3. 3 Green Onions , cut to 1" Long

  4. 4 cloves Minced Garlic

  5. 1/2 cup Fish Sauce

  6. 6 cups Liquid

  7. (water , stock, or broth)

  1. Pour the liquid into a large soup pot.

  2. Cut radish diagonally and thinly, put it into the pot and bring to a boil over medium high heat 3. Cut beef brisket into small chunks and add the chunks of beef and minced garlic to the pot after the radish has boiled for 10 minutes 4. Boil that mixture gently about 15 minutes more over medium heat.

  3. Skim the bubbles or stuff off the surface and add some fish sauce (depending on your taste) then add the chopped green onions and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes more.
